During your first session a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists from the Anxiety Control Center start you off with the “60 second method” for stress reduction.

You also will learn about the many techniques from Transformation System for inner harmony.  This system combines the most effective techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, self-hypnosis, cognitive and behavioral therapy.  Problems such as: panic, anxiety, exhaustion, self-doubt, procrastination, anger and health problems respond quickly to this system.

How we see the role of therapist:

In our therapy we feel it is vital for both the client and therapist to work together as a team.  The answers are in each person’s unconscious; the therapists job it to help the client uncover the solutions and resources that are waiting to be released.

Our work with communication has a focus for parents and children, and another designed for business relationships. NLP techniques can be learned to enhance any communication, help with negotiations and solve difficulties.
